Shipping from Calgary
Orders placed before 2:00pm Mountain Time on a business day are packed the same day or the next. We ship with Canada Post Expedited across Canada.
Complimentary shipping on orders of $150 or more. Standard shipping is $12 CAD. Alberta GST of 5% is calculated at checkout.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with tags attached. Write to nosisandkin@gmail.com for a return label. Refunds are issued to the original tender once the studio receives the parcel.
Sale editions and worn pieces cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and write us within 48 hours — we will make it right.
How it arrives
Every order leaves Calgary in house stationery — kraft, a cloth tag, and the mailer with our mark. The wrapping is part of the piece.
International
We currently fulfil within Canada. International enquiries are welcome at the same address; private shipping can be arranged for atelier clients.
